At the W&CH facility in Haripur, the lack of a proper structural joint system was resulting in cracks appearing in floor slabs and perimeter walls, threatening the long-term structural stability of the complex.

The Engineering Solution

Omniprime engineers designed a high-movement capacity expansion joint system tailored to the specific load requirements of the Haripur facility. Our team utilized heavy-duty elastomeric profiles secured with high-strength anchors, providing a watertight seal that absorbs structural movement across all axes.

This system effectively isolates different sections of the building, preventing stress buildup and ensuring that the internal floor finishes remain crack-free regardless of thermal variations.
