This process involved detailed substrate preparation, removing contaminants, and applying a high-grade primer to ensure a permanent bond.
Our engineers utilized a specialized APP-modified bitumen membrane, fused directly to the substrate using advanced torch-welding techniques. This creates a thick, monolithic, and flexible waterproof blanket that expands and contracts with structural temperature changes without failing. The installation was carefully detailed at all parapets, drains, and upstands to ensure a completely continuous water barrier.
